Dennis is the general contractor in charge of building our house. We broke ground on September 15, 1997. He is very good at his job. He has always kept us informed and involved in every process and procedure in building our home. He researches and refines every bid for every aspect in the building process. We have never had less than three bids on each building procedure, and all subcontractors bidding on our home have been thoroughly researched by Dennis which includes inspecting their individual work and getting references for their work before they are presented to us as an acceptable bid. He keeps in constant contact with us on every detail. We talk no less than three times a day, five or six days a week to confer on every detail of our house building. He is extremely conscientious in keeping us updated and informed.

Dennis has handled all the subcontractors with finesse and courtesy, and if they needed it with a strong reminder of what needs to be done and when. Regardless of any situation, Dennis maintains a good sense of humor which not only relieves any tension, but also makes for a healthy balance in the job that he does.

As a general contractor, Dennis offers a customer many options on how to save money and still have a high standard finished home. He truly cares about the people he works for and the home they are building. He is dedicated to the job and to the people he works for. He has always been honest, frugal, dependable and reliable. He has always kept in constant contact regarding every aspect of our home. He has worked hard and has also kept us laughing.
